They need to get a handle on their alarm system..... I have had to endure HOURS ON END OF RINGING as my background noise since I live so close to them, and it isn't the first time. FIGURE THIS OUT ALREADY, AND TURN OFF THE ALARM!!!! I guess it must not be affecting customers in your store, but it's affecting the people that live behind you!!!!
Don't order special stuff to be done through Home Depot folks. We had contracted for new gutters, and canceled the order due to the hurricane and flooding of our home. We gave them a $300 deposit and are still trying to get our deposit back. The guy's name is Terry Straub. NO-GOODNIK, as we used to say.
I visit a lot of Home Depot's throughout Houston and surrounding counties . This store is well-stocked organized and very clean . The staff is friendly knowledgeable and eager to help .
We went to Home Depot for a granite countertop and backsplash installation. We came into the store with exact measurements of our countertops and backsplash and we picked out everything and prepaid based on an estimate. We were assured that the backsplash and countertop installation could be coordinated by the same company on the dates we had planned so we wouldn't have to take extra time off from work. If I could give this store 10 stars I would! Customer Service off the chart!! Winfield and Scott were amazing!!!! I was looking for a floor tile I saw in Kansas and even though I couldn't buy it from this store ( too far to haul) they helped me get all I needed from 3 different KS stores! What company does that?!! Home Depot in Summerwood (12730 West Lake Houston Parkway, Houston TX) that's who! Forever grateful!! Thank you so much Scott and Winfield for all the extra effort!!!!
I absolutely love this Home Depot ! Very friendly and very helpful ppl .. I've never liked Home Depot until I came to this location ..
