Not sure if anyone at your store has viewed the Crew 2 reviews, but they are worth a look. Facebook won't allow me to post a URL in my review, but please take a minute to look at what people are saying. We've spent several thousand dollars at your particular location and have been less than impressed with the handling of this situation. It may be time to look for a new company to partner with as they represent Home Deport very poorly.
I went to purchase a new water heater and the signs all said same-day installation if requested before noon. I requested mine at 9 AM at 12:30 received a call to say it was too late to schedule same-day installation. So I will have no hot water for another two days.

Have been going to the Home Depot on Port Washington Road for over 20 years and, depending on who you speak to, they have been pretty nice and helpful. My last visit, however, they were not. I didn't know they done away with cash transaction .only accept credit card or debit to make a short story it took me 4 days to get the transaction complete the rental department is worst department in the store My identity was stolen so I get very nervous It seem that needed to much information the person that was terrible .I will never... read more
