They really need to work on Customer Service. It's the worst I have ever experienced. Every time we have had to go to this Home Depot we leave so frustrated. No one is willing to help. I would prefer going to any other Hardware store. We called for a specific item. The lady who answered said it was in stock. When we get there and go to that section, there is none in stock! We tried to find someone to help and all I got was "let me see if someone is scheduled to be on the shift". Needless to say, we left!
Found everything I need. Great staff and service! Love the home depot!
It was ok. But no one wanted to help. Even at check out.
