Wish I could rate zero stars. I was sold a pallet of 380 used cedar pickets (nail holes, foot prints, etc.). I initially salvaged 80 pickets (20%) and sent the rest back. Well I say sent, I of course had to spend my time and gas to return the bad pickets. I had tried calling the manager to claim that I thought it would be right when a customer spends $2000 on materials and almost half of it in cost is bad that the store should deliver good material and pick up the poor materi...Continue Reading
Tried to return an online purchase with a receipt stating 90 days, would only give store credit because that particular item only had 30 days and it had been 40 days. Spoke with manager Julio, who said that was not correct, who was no help at all!! Horrible customer service, will be shopping at Loews. HOME DEPOT SHOULD HONOR RETURNS ON WHATS STATED ON THEIR RECEIPTS!!
Well it’s a really nice place to go buy what we need for house
Wow! Just walked out. Completely disorganized. Merchandise piled up in every aisle. Product in places it's not supposed to be. The lumber and Trim area is all over the place. Trying to find the a piece of trim where it's supposed to be, only to find 4 other pieces in front of it. I can see some stuff moved around because of customers, but this looks like it hasn't been straightend out in months. It's dark. And employees are walking around like they don't want anyone to ask them a question.
Shopped at this Home Depot store today. I have never seen so many employees looking down, not making eye contact, not smiling and not asking if the could help me. Seemed to be enough employees but they seemed quite unhappy and in a hurry. And so many items didn't have a price tag. We considered purchasing a grill but with no price tag and no one to help us we didn't. I don't want to purchase something that doesn't have a price. I won't be shopping here again.
