This evening my wife and I went to Home Depot in Pasadena TX. We needed to order carpet to be installed in our home. I asked the store employee why the estimate for the carpet was so much higher than what i had come up with. I gave her the dimensions and she told me that she couldn't enter fractions. She estimated 543 sq ft and our estimate was 475 sq ft. Also the carpet pad she quoted us was $0.74 sq ft. I found the same pad online on your website for $0.38 sq ft. Absolutely inconvenient. Walk around the world to get to the front border entrance even if you have 4x4x8 wood to return because it’s crappy wood to begin with. Absolutely no sense what so ever. Home depot in general will not receive a penny more from my account. Never again will I put myself through this craphoe. I honestly hope you lose business for this. People. Trust me. Don’t waste your time!!!!
It was like an ant bed. It was horrible trying to get through the store with a shopping cart. I found something that won’t fit in my vehicle and your going to charge me 100.00 to deliver it. Forget it! It’s worthless.
We bought a washer and dryer for a gift for our children. It was supposed to be delivered today. The delivery people rang the doorbell and before my DIL could answer the door, they took off. They are now telling her they don't have time to deliver it today. It will be another week or so. She TOOK OFF from work today. Her fridge was supposed to be delivered too. Same game. Piss poor service again today!! 2 weekends in a row!!! Between the 2 weekends spent close to 2000.00 No help getting lumber and no help loading! Way to go! Wow!! After all these years shopping the Home Depot praising them for their great customer service, TODAY THEY LET ME DOWN!!! Good afternoon, my name is Dennis I'm a contractor for over 30 years, I have dealt with Home Depot for at least the past 20 years. Within the last month I have ordered over $12,000 worth of materials through Home Depot for delivery, on both occasions my order was screwed up.
