Purchased appliances that were delivered and installed. Defective washing machine flooded the house and ruined the wood floors, after a $45k remodel. Spend an hour getting the run around over the phone when I called in. So I went to the store in person to see a manager which took an hour of waiting. Yes I timed it. The manager's excuse: there was a FIRE in the store. Yet no fire alarm went off, no smoke, no evacuation protocol. Really? Do I look that stupid? Worthless employees. Lazy, have no clue what they're doing. I'll pay 10x more to not shop at Home Depot ever again. Asked two employees standing together where on the aisle the picture hangars were. One was texting on his phone and didn't even look up. He asked the other who directed me to another aisle when not only did the sign say they were on that aisle, but she was standing right next to them. Then I pick them out and the associate at the self check out insisted on checking me out and didn't know how to use her equipmen... read more
