I bought a dishwasher it was delivered on Friday.. installation called and said the soonest they could install was the following Monday. I also got hallaway of the old one on my work order. how come I had too call back the installation tech. does not hall old one.the home depot does not coordinate .this service.that they offer. I was on the phone for 25 minutes. finally they said they would pick up old one Friday. at the end of the week.nother day lost.
I love this place, always get good deals and I don't need a man to help me look for what I need...That's why I bring my measuring tape :-)
I was suppose to get my appliances today and Samsung not even Home Depot Called to say they would not be delivered. Mind you, Friday I called and they stated they had all the parts. We have a gas stove and have already been without a stove for 4 Days. We also have a 10 month old child and have been working to find ways to make meals for her. Most of the time we have no problem here, all of the employees are great. But we recently ordered some storm doors, to be delivered at our house and after over a month we called..for the second time..to be told that they're in, at the store. And we're being told they don't know why, which is cool. Except they're still charging us $80 for delivery..NOT COOL!! We shouldn't be charged for a LATE, messed up on their part delivery. Probably won't be making any future purchases here!

I don’t think I have ever had a worse experience with a so called ‘professional installer’. My flooring is sitting in my basement. I had one of their ‘professional measurers’ survey the basement, and I still need to have it leveled. What does Home Depot do? They charge me $175 trip charge. Fuck off and live, assholes...
Bought 4 mum plants that didn't even last a month most seasons they last until late November early December
