I use to work there gettin paid minimum wage to drive heavy machinery while cashiers sat around and did nothing while sometimes getting paid more. I love to see the negative reviews keep pouring in but they don’t care. All they care about is profit. Garden sucks. The managers all think they are all intelligent but nah. Haha. Trash.
Be careful by hiring ""Home Depot" to replace your Doors, Windows or Kitchen, They hire the most incapable/cheapest contractor to do the project so they could make more money. Look at what they did to my brand new door. Paid 3K for the door and their solution to fix their mess was to put larger strike plate to cover the hole.
Treated very rudely by an employee who we asked to come help us get a few boxes of tiles down from a high shelf. Another employee even noticed his poor attitude. He audibly sighed and had a big attitude about having to go get the machine and then was rude to me when I was explaining which tiles we needed. Full of snark and attitude. Won't be shopping here again. Not that it matters to Home Depot but customer service means something to us.
Understaffed. The staff they have, couldn’t care less. Mask policy is never enforced.
If you need assistance you need to bring a man with you otherwise they'll ignore you. Seems to be the norm for these big box stores. 🙄
Home Depot as a store to physically walk in is great, the people are friendly and knowledgeable. However DO NOT order anything online from them! This has been the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered a tool July 5th, I was told it shipped heather next day. 5 days later I had no updates, no tracking number, no one could tell me where it was. Jacob was great and extremely helpful in lumber. First time building stairs off of my deck. He helped me get everything I needed for my project! Also showed me different options I had for some things! Thanks!
