They have the stuff, but nobody to help you. I waited 10 minutes for a pallet jack, finally l went and found one myself. I push it over to do it myself, and then 2 employees show up. I’m assuming the security cameras saw me and told the employees to see what I was doing. The 2 workers were nice, but it shouldn’t come to that.
Went in for flooring, they charged me $50 for an appointment then never showed up and told me I did not pay, and now wants to inconvenience me to come back in and prove myself. I gave them the receipt number What kind of service is that??? Really, a real service provider would have apologize and sent someone out. They could verify a receipt when they got to my home or just left if $50 meant that much to a huge company like HomeDepot. They don’t deserve a star at all. I’ve been buying my Christmas tree here for almost ten years but this year we noticed when we got home that the tree trunk wasn’t straight so the tree was heavier on one side. We tried securing it in the stand but our tree fell over this morning and several ornaments broke. I thought the easiest thing to do would be to get a new tree. Don't have a problem with the store but i did with one of the employees. She was rude and not helpful at all. I needed a delivery but was too high yet she did not mention that they have truck rentals. Very unprofessional
Looked on line for Quick Dam Flood barrier for my garage door, I was in luck the store had 48 of them! Drove to the store in a downpour and guess what??? They couldn't find them,any size. but they could find another brand that cost several times more...Home Depot you SUCK. I will shop Lowe's from now on.
The kids workshop is a great idea, although our specific helicopter project kept breaking, and those around us too... the staff was not provided with the proper tools to assist in reparing the broken ones. I'd like to attend again to see if it was an isolates incident or just poor quality materials.
