RecommendedHome Depot kids workshop! It was awesome!
went in for veterans day project and pre registered. unfortunately employees had no idea what I was talking about. Wondered the store from 10am to 11am asking every employees were the set up was the answers ranged from I don't know, it was at 7am, it's only on the first Saturday of the month, it's outside, its in front of or behind aisle 6 and they forgot to set up. They have the stuff, but nobody to help you. I waited 10 minutes for a pallet jack, finally l went and found one myself. I push it over to do it myself, and then 2 employees show up. I’m assuming the security cameras saw me and told the employees to see what I was doing. The 2 workers were nice, but it shouldn’t come to that.
Went in for flooring, they charged me $50 for an appointment then never showed up and told me I did not pay, and now wants to inconvenience me to come back in and prove myself. I gave them the receipt number What kind of service is that??? Really, a real service provider would have apologize and sent someone out. They could verify a receipt when they got to my home or just left if $50 meant that much to a huge company like HomeDepot. They don’t deserve a star at all. I’ve been buying my Christmas tree here for almost ten years but this year we noticed when we got home that the tree trunk wasn’t straight so the tree was heavier on one side. We tried securing it in the stand but our tree fell over this morning and several ornaments broke. I thought the easiest thing to do would be to get a new tree. I called the store and was extremely disappointed that Home Depot will not let me return it for a new one. It’s not like I’m asking to return it the day after Christmas. Don't have a problem with the store but i did with one of the employees. She was rude and not helpful at all. I needed a delivery but was too high yet she did not mention that they have truck rentals. Very unprofessional
