Home Depot is very well stocked and good, not for appliances Generally the staff is some what or very knowledgable, the store is organized and clean. But... We bought a washer and dryer there. They only lasted 5 years, failed with multiple problems, and were rusted out on the inside. We will not buy appliances from Home Depot again. If the quality is there, you do not need the extended warentee. If it is not, expect notes like this.

I've been going to home depot for 24 years now. I made an appointment a week ahead of time to meet up with the Kitchen and Bath Designer at the North Upland, CA Store. I called in a day ahead to verify the time since I'd forgotten the time and who I'd spoken to. I talked to an employee who didn't identify herself and gave her my last name. She said she had no appointment for me. I told her I'd call back. 4/26/19 @ 8:30 pm The Guy had a red t-shirt and he was work on the area . He was not helpful 😡 . We when to the Home Depot in Pomona and they help us get the BBQ that we wanted.😊

They followed me around like if I was a criminal wtf
Waited 30+ minutes (I was next) at customer service. One girl finished with her customer and then left. The other two girls were helping one customer - at no time did they call for additional help. Frustrating to wait so long and never be acknowledged.
