Today we were helped by Norman and Albert in the flooring dept. We were blown away with their assistance and suggestion for saving money. It was anticipated to be a stressful experience but was amazingly EASY thanks to those men! Love Home Depot Redlands♡

Excellent service from Albert in the blind dept. Went above and beyond to help me pick just the right set of blinds. Also had other people help so much.
Up until six months ago I didn't shop at Home Depot for about five years because of customer service problems. I can honestly say I can tell a big difference they have totally changed their attitude towards customers and go out of their way to help you and be of service to you. I shop there about once a week now and I don't shop at the other competitors store anymore because I do you enjoy a Home Depot's better selection of products and their prices also. Well the service is okay and they have a limited selection it's really more for new construction and you need to know what you need because the staff limited knowledge even about the products they carry.
Nice and close, but some employees leave a LOT to be desired!!
