I ordered a product at 5 pm was there at 515 and instructed to wait curbside. I was told at 550 that they were out of the product I ordered and paid for. They did not bother offering any time of credit for the waste of time I spent sitting waiting. since they implemented Covid-19 stuff they have gone downhill. Went over to Lowes got the exact same shed and was out in 15 minutes. This store has lost my business and won't be back.

I love their products & customer service
Had a great time with the building project I had signed up for tonight. The people that work here are so friendly and helpful. I always get good customer service. I do have to comment that we usually shop at the less busy hours- weekdays during the midday to afternoons. The weekends are just so crowded!
My elderly parents have been waiting to get their washer and dryer installed (stacked) for almost a month up here in Big Bear. Nothing but one excuse after another and they finally were expecting it to be done today but was cancelled with no explanation.

I have to say, after experiencing not so good customer service and dealing with unknowledgeable employees, I found myself having to go purchase everything from paint, flooring, etc., to update my home as a rental. I have been extremely happy with the service I have been receiving at this store. Definitely a positive change and exceptional customer service.
