I bought this hood and hired a licensed electrician to install who then had to hire another guy to help him install it, 5 hours later they say the product is defective so I call Home Depot and they send this guy today that charged me another $75 to tell me the product is defective, now I have to hire someone else to uninstall the hood because I need to return it, then purchase another unit and hire someone to install. It has been a nightmare. But why do I have to pay home depot to have someone tell me their product is defect... read more

If You know what You want and know where it is at it is pretty good. There is always customer 's unlike Lowe's sometimes. If You have time it is interesting when You browse every aisle and You see something and ask what the Hell is that for or find something new You can use.
