Someone buys a lawn mower n then they had to load it themselves... what the hell kinda customer service is that ?!
All I have to say is I've had it with this store. Too many fiascos with our recent purchases to even go through them all, but we were overcharged, promised things we never received, told appliances were being delivered only to find out they never actually scheduled it....the list goes on and on. Cancelling the order for the appliances and going to Lowes! Done!

What a joke. I rented a tool that I kept a extra day cause it broke. They agreed to charge me for one day but said the computer would,nt let them. So the manager refunded both days and said thank you. The catch js the refund was only part of the charge and the system still has my security deposit. I paid more then the two days would have been. The manager is so dumb she can,t see what the system did, Now I,m dealing with the credit center themselves. I hate it cause I liked HD better then Lowes, but after this deal I don,t t... read more
