RecommendedWe recently purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot and the sales person there, I believe her name is Muriel, was extremely competent and knowledgeable. She was efficient in handling the sale and answered all our questions. She should be given a raise. We tried Lowe’s previously and it was terrible. The sales person there was incompetent and could not answer our questions.
Staff not wearing masks and get nasty if you ask them to. Way to go Home Depot!
I ordered a couple wire racks to be delivered to my house and when they arrived they did not include the hardware along with it. I paid extra for it to be delivered next day to my house. I called and the first girl told me it was supposed to include it and I could come in and get the hardware myself... which defeats the purpose of paying extra to have it delivered to your house. I went to this store today to buy an air conditioner that was advertised in stock on their website. When I arrived at the store I was told that not only did they not have unit I wanted, that they didn’t have any air conditioners because they were out of season. If that’s the case don’t advertise that you have them when you obviously don’t. Won’t be going to this store again!
In the middle of the second fiasco with flooring renovation in two tries. The first ended in cancellation of the order. Now, it's a delivery issue. We are now told - three days before project start - that HD will only deliver flooring materials up two steps. Our condo is on the third floor, a point made abundantly clear when we bought the materials. "Romanoff Renovations," HD's installer, expects the materials to be in the condo, delivered by HD. "Kevin" at HD, and his manager, say there's "nothing I can do" about the situat... read more
I was way to stressed with the decisions during our kitchen and living area remodeling. The folks at Home Depot helped me with making all the important, impossible decisions that I feared. My countertops, flooring, cabinets and backsplash are beautiful!! The people at Home Depot are so willing to help and offer expert support in each endeavor
