I love Home Depot and LaToya in Flooring and tile is THE BEST! Went out of her way to pick up tile for me in Birmingham and bring it to Tuscaloosa. I'm going to have to bake her cookies! Lol... Great manager, friendly helpful store
I went into the Depot to find flooring. Maude and Tanya were there to greet and ask to help me. My husband who is recovering from effects of cancer was waiting in the car. With Maude's help I was able to make a quick decision and she gathered everything I needed. I paid, got our Military discount. Excellent service. Maude, Tanya and Billy loaded my van and we were on the road home quickly. Thanks agin ! God bless ! Charlotte Crepps
Special thanks to Shelton in the paint department! He was very kind a patient even when he was swamped with customers. I really appreciated his help!
We paid a 400.00 down payment for Windows. We were told they world be installed in two weeks. Three months later we finally get an install date and they didn't bother to show up. This cost us time off work and now we may not be able to have the roof completed. We were accused of "misunderstanding" the install date. Rick the window person sat at our kitchen table and lied to us. Very disappointed I expect better more professional service from Home Depot.
