As a card holder for years. I am very disappointed with you today! I went at 10 am to buy L brackets, rope an ax and a tarp and YOU CLOSE THE DOORS! We are in south Florida. Hollywood to be exact. IRMA is coming in 24-36 hrs...They said they had to close due to an emergency so I go as fast as I can to your other store on 441 and Pembroke and same thing... I find out this is a corporate decision (Atlanta) from one of your employees... #NOTCOOL #NOTVERYHUMANE #homedepot on my way to #LOWES
If you need help don't come here. I stood in plumbing waiting for someone to get a peace of pipe down for me. There was the rudest lady that I ask to get someone. All the employees that walked by said that would have to get someone else to do it. I have spent over a thousand dollars this week here. I want be back.
I wanted to come to the public website to thank Home Depot Tuscaloosa for hosting and helping a "facebook" group called 'Bama Rocks" ! This is a large group of people dedicated to trying to put a smile on you, your family, your wife, your husband, (especially ) your kids and your friends faces ! It actually works ! THANK YOU HOME DEPOT ! The people of Tuscaloosa who participate in this thank you very much ! Anyone and everyone come join the group !
Off ice Depot is a great place to shop. They have a varied inventory and I can usually fine the item I need. The staff is always helpful and friendly.
