ZERO customer service skills, No added sales by ensuring customer has all supplies needed for their project, No greeting of customer prior to purchase or No thanking of customer after purchase... Had to interrupt the 2 of them off their phones just to mix paint and then one stayed on phone while the other chatted with a co worker.. ZERO CUSTOMER interaction
they desperately need to get ventilation in the restrooms! and maybe toilets that will flush completely?!?
I had to return a lawnmower. The workers were very courteous, friendly, and professional. There was a disabled gentleman working at the front, and his name was Tim. He was just as great as the rest, even a little more helpful. Please show your appreciation and support for this hardworking gentleman. God bless.

If I could give a zero star I would. It seems this company does not know how to use a phone and call people when they are going to show up and do work on your home. I get told by Home Depot that they will show up one day with no time frame, but then they show up another day without a call ever made. Plus this is the fourth carpet installer to come out and fix seems. Bought a field mower/trimmer and SPECIFICALLY asked what the return policy was on it because we weren't sure if it would work for our extremely steep hill. The associate told us 90 days. Turns out it doesn't work like we needed it to so we try to return it 6 weeks later only to be told we couldn't return it & there was nothing they could do about it. Most associates in the appliance department are rude, you cant go in the store and buy an appliance and take it home the same day, or even have a delivery set up to actually take place in a timely manner. I reccomend to stick with Lowes for appliances!
