We purchased 7 appliances through Home Depot, Venice in November. We were given a delivery date of January 25. Two days before scheduled delivery, LG notifies us that delivery is delayed until Feb 10. Of course, our old washer had broken in the week leading up to scheduled delivery. We weren't stressing since the new one was arriving. LG couldn't help us and deliver just the washer, so we called Home Depot. If IKEA is trying to compete in the kitchen design space, they have a long way to go! Went to the Tampa IKEA today where we were pointed to a computer and offered no help by the staff who were busy discussing their prior Saturday night. We then spoke with the store manager who assured us we would get good service. When we asked for help from the staff, it was only for a few minutes and they appeared to have marginal experience using their own software or designing a kitchen. So we cut our losses and left.
