I am disappointed and upset at the disconnection between the store and delivery vendors. The system does not work. The store shows inventory yet it doesn’t really exist in the store. I made a purchase of a tool bench showing it was an inventory at the vendor store and the shipping date was rescheduled because the item actually was not in the store. Not a safe place to shop. The employees are not wearing mask correctly. Many costumers are not wearing mask.
Installation services at Home Depot SUCK! I purchased Laminated Vinyl Plank flooring and carpeting for my entire house. They shorted me on material that their associate calculated in a part of my project, then was shorted that material during installation. The tile demo team did nothing to reduce or eliminate the dust from going throughout the house. I was just in the HD and 80% of customers were wearing masks as recommended by the CDC. Not one employee was wearing a mask.
Shout out to Jimmy in the plumbing department at this store! He knows my sister Sue and myself by name now and he is extremely helpful! If the store has a program that recognizes your employees, we nominate Jimmy! Tell him Sue and Lori say thanks a million for all the help!!
where do I start, the guy that comes up with the store OP maybe should actually spend time, on the floor! my new thing is I wait 10 minutes, if not checked out I walk away and go to lowes!
