I purchased a range. I specifically asked if it was self cleaning as many now are not. They use a water process to clean them and the reviews are not good. It was delivered and it is not self cleaning, it is what they call aqualift. I called immediately once I noticed the it was not what I asked for. They told me I cannot return it. The sales person misrepresented the product. Not only that the delivery guys would not straighten the stove as there were gaps, they said that that was the way it had to go.
