On February 5, 2019 I went to this store tp pick up a truck, tractor, and trailer- called store prior to arrival and was informed that they did have everything requested available for rent. When arrived and paid all deposits (1:30pm), they were unable to attach the truck to the trailer. They did not have another truck- so were are now out $50 for the deposit on that vehicle. Several times I have been here looking for plants only to find them wilting or dead. Cashiers on phones and not watering. Management does nothing to fix this.
Horrible service especially with installation all they want is your money and have no consideration for delaying a job getting done it over month to get installers at the house and still didn’t get the job done! Home Depot never called to see if the job got done or not...ended up getting my refund for EVERYTHING...moral of the story don’t use Home Depot for renovations
Typical of the way Home Depot operates. I get an e:mail to answer a Survey about Ryobi Titanium Drill Bits. The e:mail has a no response e:mail address. The Survey doesn't work. So I cannot tell them how my first drill bit BROKE. I was told that the Titanium Drill Bits are the most solid. A joke, just like getting knowledgable people at Home Depot. Thank goodness, I can find my way around there by myself, or I'd never get out.
The service was great. The contractor parking out front was a nightmare though. Nearly impossible to load without being ran over.
False advertisement. There are no homes for sell at this depot.
