I have been a valuable client for many years, choosing your home improvement store over many others on a regular basis. Recently, I ordered an appliance with a scheduled delivery date. As I returned home to accept delivery, the team was not at my home as promised. I called to confirmed and was told the delivery team attempted contact and without success, they left my home. This home depot is clean a well organized. There are some very helpful and knowledgeable people working here. I wish I could find them more often when I am in the store...
Customer service counter people too busy eating trail mix to help customers and the manager is no help at all in helping out. NEVER AGAIN HOME DEPOT!
Home Depot just lost a big sale and a customer .....I'm standing at the paint counter the lady looks at me and doesn't even acknowledge me and continues to stock the shelves instead of helping me so go and ask if somebody's working in the paint department because I've been standing there for a while they said yes the lady is down Isle 42 she should be right over there I guess she looked at me and didn't even acknowledge me that's OK I'm going to Lowe's thank you anyway
I wish the prices in the lumber department where more clearer and plentiful and then to find someone in the lumber department is like having a tooth pulled the hard way that tv 📺 commercial comes to mind about big box 📦 stores when a couple finds what they want then go running 🏃 off in two different directions to find someone that WORKS THERE and one ☝️ finds someone and then person has no idea 💡 about that department
