attempted to purchase a tiller. called to make sure it was in stock at the store and was told there were 3 of them. drive all the way there and there were NONE of the model I called about.. settled for the 1 available. the cashier paged SEVERAL times for someone with a key to unlock the cable and help load. after waiting for a while someone came with a key and unlocked but wasnt there to help load. the tiller was supposed to come with all the paperwork and bottle of oil - no one had a clue where to get it and no one bother t... read more
Cashiers weren't able to pull up work order. Felt like I was working with 3 toed sloths.
How can Home Depot help? By closing its doors and going out of business. This is the absolute worst experience we've ever had with a business ... four months of delays to order a simple kitchen countertop and the staff here have been unhelpful, uncaring and frankly uninterested in straightening it out. We will never, EVER set foot inside this or any other Home Depot store again and will urge everyone we know to avoid them at all costs as well. when customers come in they are in a hurry.They do not have time for a class on how. to or lecture about every product in that department.Very disappointed driver over an hour.Loss a sale today..
Second time we have ordered an appliance from them and they failed to deliver it because the driver got lost. Driver called me but spoke very broken English. Directions didn’t go so well and he decided to go home for the weekend, leaving my family with no refrigerator until they can reschedule next week. Out of principle, I cancelled my order. I would rather pay more, wait longer and buy somewhere else in order to give my hard earned money to a company that values its customers.
