I was in line and they took someone before me. I was already in line. This is so egregious
Worst store ever. I have problems every time I visit the Lynchburg store. I don’t go there unless I have no other options. Associates are not helpful especially self check out area.

Store has gone downhill the past 2 years. I called the morning after I placed my order. I was told they were 1-2 days behind. They never asked for my name. I went to the store because there were still 8 showing in inventory. When I went to the section there were none of what I had ordered so I chose a different color. I went to the Customer service desk to exchange what I had from my original order which I never received an email. They said wait your order is ready. HORRIBLE customer service! Asked for a manager, was then put on hold for 15 minutes then HUNG UP ON! Called back and they immediately put me on hold! Call from a different phone and they answer! Waited over 45 minutes for my curbside order to be brought out which never came! They claim they didn’t see my vehicle but I was parked in the front space in front of the contractor entrance! My order was NEVER brought outside! My phone number was on the check in they could have CALLED ME!!!
RecommendedI needed an AC (melting) So I ordered online & in a few hours it was ready for me. I went to curbside pickup. And basically before I turned off my car Thomas was there. He got my order & got it loaded (that thing was heavy too.) and I was gone in under 5 minutes. And he was nice, professional & extremely gracious the entire time.
I recommend Charles in the Plumbing Department. Charles exemplified what you might dream of in customer service. Helpful, really listened to our needs, redirected us to a slightly different product to better meet our needs, and then walked with us to complete our purchase. In a time when we don't see true customer service, when people seem to think that customer service was met because they "did their job" - take a lesson from Charles. Charles is why people will return to this store!
Worst experience with a cashier ever including curse words from the cashier. The store manager was not interested in hearing about it or in making it right.
worst customer service in the industry. can't meet a date to save their lives even when they give themselves the deadline date. false advertising on the websites with pick up ordering as well christine in customer service pickup is extremely rude
