The Home Depot online business putting bogus delivery date to get people buying from them, after that they will use excuses such as traffic, truck broke down, no one home (even the customer have security camera to show that they never there), basically all kind of excuse to miss the delivery date then reschedule it to a much longer delivery date with the excuse that is the only date they are available to deliver. RecommendedHome Depot is my go to store for all my home needs. I only have one complaint, and that is the outside salesmen walking around trying to sell you solar. Some are very aggressive and won’t take no for an answer.

Note: I am writing this review on behalf of my mother. My mother ordered a door to be installed from this particular Home Depot location. The first problem occurred when our doors got delivered to Home Depot's warehouse. Someone backed up into the door in their fork lift and broke it. Bad customer services, VERY BAD managers.
Their threaded fastener section is poorly stocked and is a mess. Overall the store is not very good at maintaining project consumables like plumbing fittings, irrigation, hardware, electrical boxes. This is my closest Home Depot and has let me down numerous times where I have had to go to the Scripps-Poway Hime Depot or Lowe’s to get the rest of the parts I needed.
