Went to buy my family Christmas tree today and a manager came by and offered my family and I any tree on the lot for free. What Christmas spirit! We are truly grateful!
They are always out of Stock on everything and can never tell you when they will restock! The employees never know anything about the Products and are Idiots! We have switched to Lowes for our Maintenance Company a Supplies and now this pile if Shit Company is recognizing Shiria Law! £uck you people
I came in to order kitchen cabinets. going to remodel my whole kitchen. Waited 30 minuets for an associate to be "right back". When I finally went looking here is what I found... Oh can't post a pic well he is the brief detail. Six employees at the " Service counter" chatting with an older couple. When I snapped the pic another costumer had approached the counter to ask when an associate was coming back to help her. I guess socializing is much more important than helping paying customers.
This is the worst customer service this store should be shut down or fire everyone in it and hire honest people that actually want to work!
I once got raped in receiving and not one person helped when hearing my screams! But their deals are unbeatable! Michael
