The past three Fridays I’ve tried to stop by and pick up flowers from the garden dept. each time I get a basket, pick up a few and low and behold they’ve closed the registers and locked the gates!!! I have no intention of carting my purchase through the store to SELF CHECKOUT!!! It was 5:30pm today when they Closed!!! I put my flowers back on the rack and walked out! This store is kicking out their store cat of ten years. She has kept the store safe from rats and mice for 10 years and now she’s being kicked to the curb. Management wants her gone now. Hope they get infested with rats. Shame on you Home Depot.
I purchased a new commode, had to buy online because don’t carry in stock. Forced to pay a delivery fee since having their contractor install, wouldn’t let me pick it up. Web site said they’d call 30 minutes before delivery, never did. Order said would be contacted after delivery to set up installation. A month later commode is still in boxes. Called store, customer service said couldn’t help & transferred me to appliance dept who transferred me to plumbing who transferred me… See more

I recommend house plants 🌱 and always love tagging along with my husband to Home Depot - it’s a great store with great people who work there like my Uncle Randy who I never get to say ‘hello’ to because he is ALWAYS helping someone 🤗 .. also, the cashiers are always friendly - everytime I go through the checkout line I think what a great place to work !!
If i could leave a negative review i would home depot manager named Sonia in pick up service is being very rude I arrived to home depot at 5 and she slammed the door in my face and said they were closed. She even laughed at me because I dont speak english well. Yet she was able to bring out someone elses pick up items even though they were "closed". Horrible customer service, rude and insulting. I was on hold for over 17 minutes asking to speak with a Manager, I was told there was not a manager available... I have ordered and paid for carpet over 3 weeks ago and still no installation.... Cancelled on me last minute today..... The entire experience has been a disaster, I would never recommend this store...😔.
