Horrible customer service! Had a delivery of defective deluxe vinyl plank flooring and Home Depot promised a refund. It has now been over 2 weeks, no refund, no return call! DO NOT USE THIS HOME DEPOT!

I ordered blinds after previously having 2 bad experiences (both issues were the installer). I let them talk me into trying again with a new order. The vendor messed this one up. I will never use them again. Nothing resolved yet either.
Mission Viejo store has the best home and garden center in the county! The assortment is incredible right now! Love love love it!
