customer service was excellent had a will call order to pick up, went to customer service didn't have to wait! The customer service representative went to locate my order with no trouble it only took a couple minutes and I was out of the store! never had problem at this store! I always find what I need and staff is very helpful will recommend to family and friends!

The absolute WORST customer service of any Home Depot (and that's sayin' something). Do yourself a favor and don't call (they won't pick up the phone anyway) and don't go here expecting anyone to help you and whatever you do, don't buy appliances here. It's a nightmare. This location needs a lot more employees and a lot more training.
Lovely drive into this tucked away location. You drive thru the beautiful Crown Valley Road and into a residential development area and onto Home Depot. It is surrounded by a valley of stunning views of Saddle back mountain. The staff here is extremely helpful and cheery. First time here and it won’t be the last. We bought some tile at the store in Laguna Hills and picked them up today. Great experience. I also love the way they have the layout throughout the entire store. Lovely options on their nursery and garden area.
How about more than one guy who can copy/cut keys? There’s a million associates around and I have to wait for the ONE guy to re-key 5 locks? How about cross training?
