It takes one bad apple to spoil the bunch. My wife and I went shopping for a new kitchen dishwasher. The large appliance sales person was strident, humorless, and dismissive. I asked for details about their technical requirements for installation. He was arrogant and condescending toward my simple questions about the plumbing setup in my older home that can potentially be problematic. I have called the Terrell store 5 times and finally gave up. The first person couldn’t answer my question apparently but he did attempt to transfer me several times and I was on hold forever. I called back and remained on hold until I had to leave for work. This was horrible customer phone service in my opinion! Taking my business elsewhere in the future!

Purchased a sprayer at Home Depot, lost the spray adjustment unit and went to purchase a new part at store. Mr. Nate took care of my problem by giving me a new attachment. He walked me back to the area where you purchase sprayers and waited until I was taken care of. Excellent service, you don't find service like this anywhere else. The Home Depot in Columbus, Ga. has always given me good service.

BEWARE !!! IF YOU SMOKE OR HAVE EVER BEEN A SMOKER DO NOT LET HOME DEPOT CHARGE YOU 120 DOLLARS TO COME TAKE MEASUREMENTS FOR A COMPLETE KITCHEN REMODEL FOR THEM TO TELL ME THAT THERE CONTRACTOR C&J CONSTRUCTION REFUSE TO DO BECAUSE THEY SAID MY HOUSE SMELLED OF SMOKE BUT TOOK MY 120 DOLLARS FOR THEM TO MEASURE WHAT I HaD AKREADY MEASURED !!! It always bad Services missing products attitude employees and managers not organized at all The Home Depot in Dearborn is the worst store people ever dealt with I will never go back there and fro now and on Menards is my store

This was completely inappropriate and terrible service. This has completely changed our outlook and opinion of the Home Depot company and this store for how they would treat an elderly customer and handle such an inappropriate situation. My grandmother's experience can quantify elder abuse and elder financial exploitation by neglecting to fully inform her when she called on the date of delivery to dispute her appliance delivery situation that she could decline or refuse the delivery but only within 48 hours is withholding b... read more

Devon is awesome! (I hope I got his name right) he was immensely helpful and knowledgeable, he was also able to help other people while he was helping us without us even noticing, he seems like a really good multitasker or some thing, from start to finish he made sure we got everything we needed, He gave us some great recommendations and was super pleasant to be around. My husband was equally impressed. I hope the next time we go in Devon is there, I might even called beforehand to make sure!

I placed an online order on November 9th for a folding workbench. The Home Depot web site said that I would receive it at my home by November 15th. It was never shipped. The order status remained at “Processing”. I then initiated a chat session with a customer support representative. That chat representative could not give me an explanation for the delay. The Home Depot the worst store in the USA. I bought a refrigerator, washer and dryer in September 8th and I schedule the delivery to October 5th. on October 1st I received an email rescheduling to October 25th. I call them and the man in the phone reschedule to October 10th But today, October 3rd, I receive another e-mail rescheduling again to October 25th. So that`s how The Home Depot care about costumers. That`s ridiculous.
