Well i am trying to go to Lowes.... H.D Has started not carrying things that they should. I have been shopping them for over forty years. i want to go in the store find what i want and get out, to do the work. Not only they are arranging their product differently, but they are not stocking things they used to carry that they do not sell a lot of. Outstanding service from Eddie. He showed us how things worked and made it easy to understand. I have never seen an employee at Home Depot be that customer oriented.
beware of the extended warranties on appliances at Home Depot. We purchased an OTR microwave, and the three-year extended full service warranty. The carousel motor failed after two months. They won't replace the unit unless we take the failed one in ourselves and install the new one ourselves. I paid for the install the first time, but had to make the deliverers install it because they said they weren't told to. Your online site sucks. I try to order, nope, try to give them my money, nope. All screwed up. Try to order an advertised item, nope!!!!
My grandfather, a Vietnam Veteran who is currently battling cancer due to being exposed to agent orange was told today that he didn’t qualify for their veterans discount because he wasn’t injured in combat. I certainly hope this was a training error with your cashier and not your actual store policy. We will be taking our business to Lowe’s from now on.

Today's customer service was definitely a fail. I had to call them several times and they kept promising they were going to measure for our carpet today... but what do you know, they said, after they used up a bunch of my time calling them, that they were not coming today. They get another chance tomorrow, but then I'm done.
