Most of the staff in homedepot are very nice and friendly. I bought a lot materials of renovation from them and order flooring, cabinets and countertop from Lisa and Karen. They are all nice and helpful. However, when I talked to the higher level leader Diane and manager Charles. Their attitude are not as the people around. I was in there earlier and saw someone who worked there young female purple shirt and I asked hey you work here right can I ask you for help?? She got snobby with me and was very disrespectful that’s why I prefer Lowe’s they are always friendly and helpful
I called Home Depot just to see if they have cement block & how much they were & I talked to not one but THREE employees just to see how much they were & every single one of the workers were extremely rude to me, all I wanted to know was how much were the cement blocks. Horrible customer service! Will be taking my business else where :)
I love the Home Depot. The last honest and reliable big chain brick and mortar store. I received bought a $1600 “Aquatica” by Spa World (swcorp.com, Hollywood, FL) after install discovered some defects and it leaked. Spa World representative, Carlos Zepeda, stalled me and provided only insult, provocation and delay, but Home Depot saved me from that by giving me a refund. They are my heroes there!
