DON'T DO ONLINE ORDERS WITH CURBSIDE PICKUP AT THIS STORE! THEY CONDUCT BUSINESS LIKE A GANG OF CHILDREN. This morning I placed Order Number: WG19049682 online for in store pickup at store number #6634. My order should have been ready in a few hours. I checked order status several hours later only to find that Home Depot cancelled all but one item in my order. My order contained 8 items in total. Don’t bother they’re out of everything! And definitely skip the Imperial Ave location, there’s a “regular” there that refuses to wear a mask and gets right up close to you. Ewwwwwww!

Leslie needs to cheer up at the returns/service area. After 2 months employment (I asked), I'd say at 6 months she's quite the charmer. Pro - Desk should have constant representation outside of ck out lanes. I should not have to request assistance. I waited 10 mins for management assistance (Tina/David) to place a delivery order only to discover they actually offer their rental truck service at this time.
