Needed a replacement hinge for a cabinet, there was nothing comparable in the hardware section so they took it out of a new cabinet for me! Now thats customer service!!
Never let Home Depot fools cut your wood, my gf was sent to pick up nice maple 1 by 4s and cut at 43.5 inches for an armoir project. Either he was really drunk, blind, or both. All the cuts are off by a country mile. I could of done better with an ax. Store manager acted as if this was the first complaint. Too bad I can post pics - spent over $150k in past 13 years, this is terrible. Grrrrr......
