I bought lattice for my clematis. Silly me! It didn’t fit in my car. After many attempts to force it in. James, a HD employee, asked if I wanted help. After quickly glancing at my car, James told me it wasn’t going to fit. I was about to walk back and return the lattice when James asked if I wanted him to tie it to the roof of my car. I was here today on Labor day. store 1952. It was really busy. One cashier at about 2pm, her name on her apron is Colleen. She was professional, really fast and at the same time fun and funny. Enjoyed interacting with her. Give Colleen 5 stars. Thanks Home Depot.

Lake Zurich Home Depot has worst customer service. Called twice in a row and phone rang for over 5 minutes each time. Called Volo Home Deoot and they picked up on third ring! Guess who got my business...
