RecommendedI stopped in the Lake Zurich store tonight with my pup to give him a walk inside the store while I shopped. My dog was greeted by many friendly Home Depot employees. It was snowing so I decided to leave the cart inside and carried my mini blinds. Mark (I hope I heard your name right) was collecting carts outside. He offered to take my box and put it in my car. He’s retired and enjoys working at Home Depot. He was nice to offer to help me while it was snowing and cold. Huge shout to him thank you!!!!!
My husband and I went into the Lake Zurich Home Depot store in September to inquire about windows for our house. We then set up a date and time to have our house measured. The Home Depot estimator was wonderful and friendly however the installation cost was just too high for something myself and my husband are completely capable of doing. I would like to personally thank Dan in the paint department for all of his help on Monday with my special paint requests! I had no clue Home Depot could match my old paint from Ben Moore and he was so friendly, nice, and helpful! I will absolutely be back for any painting needs I have.
Bought a cast iron sump the night prior and Don in plumbing and he was great and very helpful. That night after I installed it - it failed in about an hour. It was a bad one. So I packed it up the next day and was going to exchange it. However the plumbing manager challenged me on it saying I did not get it the previous night. Even though I had the box and the receipt !!
