Everyone was helpful and had a great attitude. I was in and out quickly.
We walked in yesterday, we could not find anyone!!!! We left and went to Lowe's in Fern Park and ordered blinds, wood flooring and light fixtures! Your loss is their gain! BIG MISTAKE! HUGE!
Went to Home Depot in Casselberry and spent $82 on parts for my well. Found out I did not need them and tried to return the items and got denied my return because I had no receipt. Was then told to call the number on the receipt they printed out and got told I would get a call back in 48 hours to speak to a manager at there call center. Piss poor business and customer service. Won't ever shop at Home Shitpot again. Lowes will ALWAYS have my business.
My beef was that my Mom and I were buying durock. Someone helped to load it on the cart. Great. We paid and asked for assistance to load it on our truck. We pulled into the loading zone, went in twice more to ask for help. 30 minutes later I walked through the store to the very back to find help out front. Ridiculous!
