My Martha Stewart double vanity 60 inch arrived broken today. I after a 15 minute hold I was transferred to the wrong department. I was told I would have to purchase a second vanity and they would have to pick up the first vanity before I would receive my refund. They don't do a replacement. That means they would have $3000 of my money prior to receiving a working product. This is unacceptable. I will be telling all of my friends and family never to shop at Home Depot.
2 hours to make a paint order for next day pick up. They even expected me to go track done all the SKU numbers on the buckets. Go to a paint store for service. Leave these guys to sell paint to sally homeowner
