Just tried to buy pots for some herbs. There are 10 left matching 5 I have at home. Just cheap plastic but they match mine and they don't sell them anymore. Can't read upc and description says they are $.01. Another cashier said he tried to sell but couldn't find a price. I said I'll take all 10 you have left for $1.00 each. Manager says no. Terrible service from employees. Any time I need help, there's a dozen or so walking by, but none of them can help me in the department I'm in. They call someone, who never comes. Currently waiting 25+ minutes to get blinds cut while watching the employee who said he'll help go to different customers who walk up to him.
Zero stars!!! Just left the Sunrise store and spoke to "Dan" the assistant night manager who was very rude and not helpful at ALL. I bought 300 storage bins totaling $1900 from HOME DEPOT and did not use 100 of them which cost $632 that was in my storage. Loaded them all up in van and off loaded them while all their associates watched without helping me, then he tells me he is not taking them back b/c they look used. Well it's your frickin product that couldn't hold up to a load and off load, now it's $632 out if my pocket!!... read more
Just left from their Do it herself workshop where you "learn the skills to make a holiday marquee". Instructor although very friendly and upbeat was unprepared. They were having me and my 15 your old daughter use a drill and jigsaw with NO protective gear whatsoever. She asked us to make the cut inside the "O" while actually holding down the slab of down on the table. I am not a pro at using tools but I know that is very unsafe and we walked out. Definitely a ploy to buy tools which is ok, but at least make the workshop safe... read more
