I went to the home depot on 2901 N University Drive in Sunrise FL to buy an LG Washer and Dryer. I have an older LG Washer and Dryer with the pedestal drawers. I was told by home depot that they could not install the new washer and dryer on my old pedestal's because they do not know the condition. They are like new. They told me I would have to take them down myself to get the new washer and dryer. I went to Lowes and asked them the same thing. They called their installers and there is no problem in doing what I need to have... read more

To say we are HIGHLY disappointed in Home Depot would be an understatement! We purchased an LG Kitchen Suite on 11/27/19 to be delivered on 12/13/19. First, we were called saying the microwave was discontinued and they upgraded us. Then on 12/11/19 we got a call that the Dishwasher was out of stock. When I asked well we bought it over a month ago and it was in stock at the time..the reply was well they sold alot of them over the month, really? Ok so upgrade us, nope can only do that on discontinued products. So now delivery ... read more
horrible customer service, went there to get Christmas decorations with my girls and the cashier charge my card twice and up to this day i still do not receive my $230 that she charge on my account managers there were clueless and helpless, now i have to take it up with my bank do not go there......PLEASE BEWARE
