I never thought I'd enjoy shopping for home projects than buying clothes. I probably come here at least twice a week. Twice a day when I'm actively working on a project. Everyone is very knowledgeable with each product plus ask the staff's input. They normally have amazing ideas. One of the best projects I've done was exterior painting and the team in paint department are all helpful and amazing on matching the colors I've shown them. Customer service here sucks! People that work here are rude, they are not even in uniform so just trying to find someone to help you is a mission... I rather take the drive to the weston home depot that's 20 minutes away rather than this one that's 5 minutes from my house.
I am a 50 years old woman .Went to buy base board around 10 pieces and because is an area where you have to cut it by yourself , I tried and took me 45' to cut one piece , I need 10 , I thought I was going g to be the whole day cutting them I decided to ask for help , nobody wanted to help except for an employee that told me he could get fired if help me cutting them .
