Spent 130$ on two gold rings, didn’t even have the piercings done here. One of them wasn’t put in right and I had to have it removed. Stopped into this place 3 times trying to get service. Finally had to call and complain to get it taken out. The place is clean but the customer service is seriously lacking. I will not be doing business here again.
I got my conch done two weeks ago by Megz. She was so nice and knowledgeable! I will definitely be back to see her and add to my ear!

Went in last night and got a dermal anchor. Never had one before and the piercer was very informative and friendly as well as the girl at the desk. They did an awesome job and it looks great. Would definitely recommend going there!
we sat there for 45 minutes while the workers chatted and talked with a customer who was waiting for a piercing. we went in as a walk in and no one was in the back getting peirced or no workers were peircing anyone. one of the lady's came up to me and said if you cant keep your child sitting down and quiet we are gonna have to ask you to leave because she is distracting the peircers, mind you no one was pericing anybody. my 2 year old child was talking and not into anything or doing any harm and the lady was rely rude about ... read more
The staff was very knowledgable and friendly. They took the time to explain everything from the second I walked in to the second I left. Meticulous about keeping everything clean and sterile.
This place is the best! Megz did an amazing job- seriously the best piercing place I’ve ever been to! I’ll never go anywhere else 🖤
