Great customer service. Megz was a great piercer. Did 4 today and had a wonderful experience. They don't do same day appointments, so either walkin or make an appointment for another day.
Friendly, professional, clean, and explained everything thoroughly. The whole experience from the time I walked in the door, until I walked out was great!
We booked a consultation for my 5 year old a day prior to attending this shop. I’m sure this place would be fine if you were an adult looking to get a procedure done, but we booked for 6 and didn’t get in to even have the consultation until closer to 6:30. They will not do same day piercings for anyone under 14. Staff isn’t kid friendly and there are naked photos, scary posters and the F word scattered throughout the parlor. condescending, arrogant, front desk male. might be a great piercer but has absolutely no people skills or ability to listen without demeaning his customer. very disappointing. luckily there was a very reasonable, astute co worker who was terrific, listened, educated without being rude and was generally great to work with.
Love this place! Very professional and extremely clean. Megz did amazing work and walked my friend and Me through the whole process! No doubt we’ll be coming back!
