I booked an appointment to get a nose piercing replaced that I lost a few weeks ago, and dealt with the most unhelpful staff. When I told the worker about losing my nose ring and needed a replacement. She asked me the diameter and looked visibly irritated that I didn't know since I bought that piercing 3-4 years ago and rudely repeated the question and I told her I don't know the smallest one and didn't say much after that. A very kind and knowledgeable crew. Helped me out with a post piercing problems with wonderful advice and a great selection of jewellery.
Very good and kind piercers. Harrison was gentle and explained it thoroughly. The prices were a bit high but it is a small buisness. I got both my Angel fangs and Orc Fangs there and they did amazing!
I've had my fair share of piercings, so I generally know what to expect and what's to be expected. The person at the front desk was completely rude it should have been a fun experience with my child to get their ears pierced they were completely impatient with us even though we called before and they said they could take us as a walk-in.
