The building is great. The new manager was on some other planet! very unreasonable. Had me evicted during this pandemic before I was able to get any unemployment or other assistance. The manager Paris Hall continually harassing me until I left. Paris Hall, the manager, seemed liked she really enjoyed putting a white single father out of "her" apartments. Don't lease from them. Plenty of options in downtown Toledo.
Many positive staffing changes within the past year. Great agents, maintenance & housekeeping!
RecommendedPopped in there Thurs after not being in the building since it was an operating hotel...still very nice but a little different since last time i was there (1984) still a grand old building. Used to work there as a custodial/grounds/maint asst/courtesy van driver... started out as weekend midnight Security for State Security Service...I have applied for the open custodial position there and hope to get the job, would love to be cleaning the old building again...hope to see all you people sometime soon.
Just wondering what the pet policy is for a Therapy pet?
If you have a car out front. You might want to move it. They are putting tickets on peoples cars. And as well telling them.
My car was broken into last night. Second time since living here. Can't talk to management because no one is in the office. Talk to maintenance guy who said he would fill out an incident report. That's was around 9am. The glass is still by my car. Am I suppose to clean it up?
It's getting better now that there is a new manager. Melissa listens to the tenants and take there problems into consideration. She is a very nice person and is definitely doing her job. The apartment has a nice view and your around everything downtown the apartment overall had more advantages than disadvantages
The Historic Hillcrest is a very good place to live in the Downtown area.!!!
