RecommendedI have not moved into The Hills at Renaissance yet, but my little family and I are excited to move in June 1st!!! Brittnie and Angela have been amazing during this process. Since the announcement of Covid-19 they have been patient and very helpful on getting my wife and I setup. They were very professional and answered every question I have asked (which were a lot) Excited to meet these 2 wonderful women! I love living at the Hills! I have been here for about a year now and I have appreciated how caring the management team has been in that time! Since I moved in Angela and Brittnie have been quick to respond to questions and handle issues as they come up. They leave small personal notes on everyone’s door from time to time and host great resident activities periodically. When the coronavirus first began to pick up they took aggressive action in shutting down common areas and putting protocols in place to keep residents safe. ... read more
Three years later and we still love this place. Management is awesome. They do so much to make this a wonderful place to call home. I highly recommend the Hills at Renaissance.
The staff are amazing and the property is beautiful! You would be crazy not to want to live here . When you put in a maintenance request it’s always done in a fast timely manner.
we have lived here since March and we are very pleased. love the kitchen. the staff is very friendly and willing to help in anyway
We just reupped our lease for a second year, I've enjoyed it so far. Our apt is a good size and they let us have our wonderful fur baby! I like the location and the staff are all very helpful. Repairs are done quickly and efficiently. My only complaint would be limited parking.
I just moved to this apartment complex. I love everything about it. From the friendly staff to the organization. 10 outta 10 would recommend �
We have lived here for about 6 months now and have enjoyed our experience. It's a very convenient location, close to stores, many great parks and a short commute to the city. The apartments and management is great and we love taking our kiddos to the pool�
