This is my 3rd month living here and I've had no problems! Campus is very upkept and beautiful. Technically I moved into an "outdated" apartment (Yay cheaper rent! Lol) but by no means can you tell. Spacious and well laid out. The ladies in management are fabulous and even when we did have a leak, mantienence was here in less than a day! Will definitely be staying here for a while.
Office staff has a "deal with it" attitude. Please, do the walk through when leaving the apartment. Excessive charges were made, with no recourse.
My fiance and I have lived here for over a year and have never had an issue with anything. Anytime we have needed anything fixed they have come out within the week to make sure it was taken care of. And not only that someone calls you to follow up to make sure it was done to your satisfaction. I would recommend anyone who looks for a place to live to come here. I lived here for nearly four years and recommend it to everyone. The staff is always busy but always attentive to everyone's needs, the apartments are newly renovated and fairly priced, and the location is great! If anyone had an issue out here I am sure that disgruntled comment/person was either a troublemaker or failed to pay their rent.
