My stay here was great! It’s a very calm neighborhood. Right next to all your essential shopping needs. The staff here are kind, and work diligently to make sure the environment you live in is comfortable. Maria is a great property manager. 10/10.
Can you have somebody come and fix are light thing
**Note, this is NOT a reflection of the staff. They are absolutely awesome, and do their best to assist. My gripe is from the owning property company. Those are the pricks this addresses. Leasing office people, maintenance, and especially Eric, are cool people. The place isn't maybe too horrible as there's a nice beefy P Johns discount code we can use. Been living here for over 5 years. I can honestly say alot has changed for the better. Love the new staff. Maria and Amanda are so nice.
Lived here now 10 years,pay on time every month,latest management wont do anything , to get things fixed you have to jump through hoops to get anyone to fix it, and blame you for breaking things if it was installed incorrectly(cabinet),mold in ac they say mildew amd use kills spray primer to cover it up ,sheet rock and bathroom still a mess from dripping ac ,shower valve and ac problems for over 6 months ,still have issues , had work orders for them and maintenance closed them mulitple times and didnt complete work, go to of... read more
