The nastiest complex I’ve had the displease of being tricked into staying in. The cheap rent and decent location would really make you believe that the quality of the property management would be at leave above average but it isn’t. Since night 1 of moving in we’ve had to deal with countless roaches virtually in every part of the apartment. Just a quiet and nice property. The office staff is so sweet and kind.
My girlfriend and I have both lived here for 2 years (only moving now for work purposes) and have absolutely loved it here. The complex is affordable, safe, well maintained, and being in NRH leaves you easy access to both sides of the DFW metroplex. No major maintenance issues in our time there, and any requests we put in were responded to in a timely fashion.
I been there for 3 years. I never had problems with the office. Very nice people.very nice place to live.The outside look is a little old but they keep it very clean.
