They need to be more transparent with billing. The techs are friendly, however in my opinion they will over charge you given the chance. Ask for a price UPFRONT..do not call them and let them service you without you being presented this information.
In the past two days I have seen a truck and a van both with your logo all over it driving recklessly in Hampton Roads. Today was coming out of the Hampton Roads tunnel and switching in and out of lanes. If advertising is the goal I would say it's not going so well. I hope you will have a word with the drivers. thanks
